This app provides a way for members of the United States Coast Guard to use their iPhone to build a comprehensive set of EER bullets or OER bullets for their evaluation reports. Each year, the Commandant of the Coast Guard issues guidance to officer selection boards and panels. With the Commandants guidance neatly integrated into the app, users enjoy an all-in-one solution for aligning their EER & OER support with the Commandants current guidance. For ultimate convenience, when it comes time to submit your bullets, press the email button and send them to your email for further manipulation, or email them directly to your supervisor!
A new app is introduced yearly with each promotion year (PY), which extends from 01JUL to 30JUN. EER-OER PY17 does not need internet connectivity to capture bullets (great for underway duty). However, when it comes time to email and print your bullets, you will need an internet connection!
Empty evaluations are automatically discarded.
